A Flexy Talent Pool is a group of verified workers who have chosen to be first in line for shifts at a particular business. Think of it as a shortlist that builds itself: workers pick the local businesses they'd genuinely like to work for, and those businesses get a ready-made bench of temporary staff they can call on when a gap appears.
Traditional temp staffing starts when the problem starts. You ring an agency, explain what you need, and hope someone turns up. Flexy Talent Pools flip that around. The relationship exists before the shift does, so when you post work through the FlexyStaff shift work app, there are already people waiting who know your business, live nearby and want the hours.

How Flexy Talent Pools work for businesses

Find your business, or sign up
FlexyStaff lists local businesses so workers can show interest in an area. If yours is already listed, it'll show "no shifts available at this time" and may already have workers in its pool. If not, simply sign up.
Claim your listing
Request to claim it from the business side of the app or website and submit your company registration details. Once approved, the listing and its talent pool are yours, with one account and no duplicates.
See who's in your pool
Every worker in your pool is verified and has chosen your business specifically. That's a level of intent you won't get from a cold agency booking.
Post a shift and set the rate
You choose the hourly pay rate (within legal requirements) and see the full cost upfront in our cost calculator. No surprise invoices.
