Businesses need reliable people. Workers need clear opportunities. FlexyStaff brings both sides together through detailed shift listings, applicant profiles, secure arrival records and a transparent completion process.
Business onboarding
Create a company account, explain your workplace and publish staffing requirements for busy periods, staff absence, seasonal demand, events or short-term projects.
Register the organisation and provide accurate business and contact information so your account can be reviewed and supported.
Add your company name, sector, location and useful venue information. A complete profile helps applicants understand who they may work for.
Add a precise role title, duties, date, hours, hourly rate, category, full address and genuine workplace or venue photographs.
Compare profiles, relevant experience, ratings and availability. Wait for applications or nudge a team member who appears suitable.
Choose the preferred applicant and review the complete cost before confirmation. Clear information reduces avoidable cancellations.
Provide the secure four-digit arrival code, then review and approve the actual completed time at the end of the shift.
Worker onboarding
Your profile helps businesses understand your experience, reliability and suitability before they select someone. Complete it carefully, keep it current and apply only where you can commit.
Install FlexyStaff on iPhone or Android, choose the worker journey and enter accurate personal and contact details.
Follow the OneID-supported identity process and provide the required Right to Work and payroll-onboarding information.
Add truthful experience, relevant skills, preferred categories and a professional profile image. Show employers what you can confidently do.
Review the duties, rate, hours, location, dress code and requirements before applying. Consider travel and finish-time arrangements.
Apply only if available. Respond promptly if selected and raise questions before the shift rather than waiting until arrival.
Arrive ready and on time, enter the company’s secure code and complete the agreed work professionally to build your reputation.
For businesses
People commonly search for temporary jobs near me, flexible shifts, weekend work, evening jobs, hospitality jobs, event work and part-time opportunities. A clear listing helps the right people recognise the opportunity—and helps unsuitable applicants decide not to apply.
Choose a recognised title such as Bar Team Member, Waiting Staff, Event Steward, Kitchen Porter, Retail Assistant or Warehouse Operative.
Give start and finish times, expected breaks and whether finishing late affects public transport. Avoid vague wording such as “until close.”
The hourly rate must meet applicable legal requirements. Consider experience, responsibility, timing, travel and local competition for workers.
List the work someone will perform—not only the job title. Mention service style, physical tasks, customer contact and likely pace.
Provide the complete venue address, arrival entrance, parking or public-transport guidance and the onsite contact point.
Use clear, current photographs of the workplace or event. Genuine images help applicants recognise the site and understand the environment.
Interactive employer tool
Complete the essential details and this tool will create a structured first draft. Review it carefully before publishing and add any role-specific safety, qualification or accessibility requirements.
Your editable starting point
Add the role, venue, duties, requirements, dress code and arrival information. The strongest listings answer the worker’s likely questions before they need to ask.
