No. Staff are told clearly that joining isn't a job offer. Your talent pool is simply the first group of people to hear when you post a shift.
Staff are employed and paid through PAYE. Danbro are our UK payroll partner and manage payroll for our UK staff. FlexyStaff Ltd manages payroll for our Isle of Man staff. Tax, National Insurance, holiday pay and payslips are all taken care of.
