Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team on a part-time basis, with a clear path to a permanent full-time role as we grow. Your role will be vital in balancing the two key pillars of our platform:
· Business On-boarding: Accelerate recruitment of high-profile, quality independent businesses onto the Flexy Staff app.
· Talent On-boarding: Support the growth of our staff pool by attracting and onboarding talented candidates.
This balance ensures that both sides of our marketplace thrive, particularly during our high-activity seasonal periods.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage potential businesses to join the platform.
· Recruit and onboard staff onto the Flexy Staff app.
· Attend the Jobs Fair at Manchester Cathedral on October 7th, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, representing Flexy Staff.
· Collaborate with the team to meet growth objectives.
