Help us bring FlexyStaff to your university and your city
FlexyStaff is looking for enthusiastic, well-connected students to become FlexyStaff Student Ambassadors.
This is an introductory, flexible role designed specifically for university students who want to gain practical experience in marketing, business development, networking and brand promotion while working around their studies.
Your mission is simple: help introduce FlexyStaff to your university, fellow students and local businesses.
FlexyStaff connects businesses that need temporary staff with people looking for flexible work. As a Student Ambassador, you’ll help us grow the FlexyStaff community in your area by introducing the platform to both sides.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll become one of the faces of FlexyStaff within your university and local area.
Your activities could include:
* Introducing FlexyStaff to students looking for flexible work
* Promoting FlexyStaff through your university and student networks
* Building relationships with your Students’ Union, societies, clubs and other university groups
* Speaking with local businesses that regularly need temporary or flexible staff
* Introducing hospitality venues, events businesses, retailers and other employers to FlexyStaff
* Helping students understand how to download the FlexyStaff app, create their profile and find flexible work
* Supporting local promotional campaigns and university events
* Sharing FlexyStaff content through appropriate social and student channels
* Providing feedback on what students and businesses in your area want from FlexyStaff
You don’t need previous sales or marketing experience. We’re looking for people who are confident communicating with others, willing to get involved and excited about helping build something.
Who we’re looking for
This could be a great opportunity if you are:
* Currently studying at a university or college
* Confident speaking to new people
* Active within your university or student community
* Comfortable approaching local businesses
* Interested in marketing, recruitment, entrepreneurship or business
* Familiar with social media and student communication channels
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own time
* Looking for experience that can strengthen your CV
Being involved with a Students’ Union, university society, sports club or other student organisation would be useful, but it isn’t essential.
